Any deposit or advance payment may be retained in whole or in part in accordance with the cancellation and damage provisions set out below and the listing terms provided by the Owner.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Owner and displayed at the time of booking. Tenants should review the applicable cancellation rules before confirming a booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the policy shown on the booking confirmation.
5. Tenant Responsibilities
- Keep the property clean and in the same condition as received.
- Comply with any house rules, community regulations, and local laws.
- Do not sublet the property or permit additional occupants beyond those approved in the booking or lease.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues or accidents to the Owner promptly.
- Be responsible for reasonable costs to repair damage caused by the Tenant or their guests.
6. Owner Responsibilities
Owners must ensure listings are accurate and up to date, provide lawful ownership or authority to rent the property, and attend to agreed repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. Owners are responsible for disclosing any material issues affecting the property or tenancy.
7. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times and procedures are set by the Owner and shown on the listing and booking confirmation. Tenants should follow the inspection and handover process and notify the Owner of any discrepancies at check-in.
8. Liability & Insurance
The Site acts as a marketplace connecting Owners and Tenants and is not a party to rental agreements unless explicitly stated. The Site is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from a tenancy. Owners and Tenants are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance for their respective interests.
9. Privacy & Data
Personal information collected through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your data as described in that policy.
10. Changes to Terms
